Ars Technica reports that Apple may launch a roaming home robot that supports FaceTime calls and switches lights on, possibly by 2027.
Citing The Information, Ars says the AI-driven robot, code-named J595, could be named HomeView Ultra and may cost $1,000 or more. Development delays could push the launch to 2028. Apple's new CEO, John Ternus, is reportedly pushing its household robot work.
